SLBC Home Groups

   Are you interested in spending time with others from SLBC digging deeper into the Sunday message, fellowshipping, and building relationships? We are looking for families to host a group in their home. If you are interested, please contact Ted & Linda at 949-309-6974. See flyer for more information.
 
Men’s Bible Study
There is a men’s Bible Study every Monday night here at the church at 7:00pm.
 
Ladies Bible Study
Ladies bible study is every Wednesday morning from 9:30-11:30am. 
 
Bunco
Tuesday, October 4th at 6:30pm at the Church.
 
New Members Class
There will be a New Members Class Saturday, October 29th from 9:00am until 12:00pm. Lunch is provided. 
 
Pastor Appreciation Month
October is Pastor Appreciation Month. Sunday, October 16th at 9:45am is our third Sunday Potluck and we are celebrating  our wonderful Pastor.  Please join us downstairs for this fun time together eating and getting to know each other better and celebrating our Pastor.
 
Harvest Party
Monday, October 31st from 5:00-8:00pm. We will be at the Spirit Lake elementary School . There are free games and food for the community hosted by SLBC. We need lots of volunteers, prizes, candy, and food. The sign up sheet is in the foyer.

Operation Christmas Child
There will be boxes in the foyer for you to fill for a child in another country to enjoy a gift from you and hear the Good News! If you have any questions, contact Lisa Moore at 208-640-3536. The return date for the boxes is November 13, 2022.

Prayer Chain Ministry

We are in need of someone to take over our online Prayer Chain Ministry. They must be a member of the church. If interested talk with Pastor or the Deacons.

Stephanie Freeman, Denise Cowperthwaite sister, who is on the road for a kidney transplant.  Pray for Stephanie, her family and doctors as they move toward this transplant surgery.

Luke Hohenstreet is in need of a kidney transplant. Pray for insurance coverage, family finances, and wisdom for the doctor.
